Customer Service - Level 1

Summary:
Answer customer support inquiries and requests. Troubleshoot user problems. This position is for off site only. Any issue that cannot be resolved will be bumped up to a higher level tech.

Requirements:
Strong familiarity with the Internet and experience with UNIX and Windows. Macintosh a plus. Fluent understanding of Email, of the World Wide Web and Web Hosting is needed. English must be your primary language. We require you have excellent typing and writing skills, including proper spelling and grammar. Positive and courteous customer service attitude a must! You must own a computer, and a high speed internet connection.

Salary:
On a per ticket basis. Depends upon experience
