Empowering Media is committed to outstanding service.  In order to meet this goal, Empowering Media has revamped their customer service center (supportem.com) web site.   Our web site uses many of the latest technologies, such as:
  • Online Flash-based tutorials
  • Live Chat with customer service
  • Knowledge base search
  • Online management of billing, domain name and web site services
  • Real time system notices with RSS subscription feeds
  • Over 100 articles added to the knowledge base with automatic linking to related articles
  • A help desk to better track and manage customer issues
  • The latest Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam notices, resources and help
